Consultation Policy
We offer free consultations for individuals who are seeking guidance on applying for an immigration benefit and have not yet filed their case.
If you have a pending or recently denied case—whether you filed on your own or through a third party—and would like our office to review or advise on that matter, a consultation fee of $150 will apply. This fee reflects the time and legal analysis required to properly evaluate an existing case.
Payment of the consultation fee is required in advance to schedule the appointment.
Please note that our office does not provide document review services for self-prepared applications. If you have already filed on your own, we are happy to discuss your case,
options, and potential next steps, but we do not review, edit, or revise previously prepared applications.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance.
- Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
This policy allows us to respect our attorneys’ time and remain available to other clients in need of assistance.
