Joseph was born, raised, and educated in Arizona, and brings a strong academic and global perspective to his immigration practice.
He attended the Honors College at the University of Arizona, where he focused his undergraduate studies on conflict resolution, international relations, and immigration policy, with a particular emphasis on the Middle East. His academic work explored complex geopolitical issues, including the Syrian Civil War and the resulting refugee crisis. Through this research, Joseph developed a deep understanding of displacement, humanitarian protection, and the challenges faced by individuals forced to flee their home countries.
It was during this time that he recognized his calling: to help individuals navigate the complex and ever-changing U.S. immigration system—especially those seeking protection through asylum and other humanitarian forms of relief.
Joseph continued this focus in law school at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he further developed his interest in international law and immigration. His legal education reinforced his commitment to advocacy and equipped him with the tools to address both the legal and human aspects of immigration cases.
He graduated from law school and was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 2022.
