Joseph M. Heflin

Joseph was born, raised, and educated in Arizona. He attended the Honors College at The University of Arizona for his undergraduate studies focusing on conflict resolution, international relations, and immigration policies in the Middle East. His undergraduate research focused on the Syrian Civil War and corresponding refugee crisis. During this time, he realized his calling was help individuals navigate the complex and ever-changing US immigration system, especially those fleeing from conflict and seeking protection under ever-changing U.S. asylum law. He attended law school at the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law, graduating and passing the Arizona State Bar exam in 2022.
